Dear Globe Group Family,

Upon the announcement made by our Globe Group CEO, Ernest -- I, alongside the entire Globe Group Finance Organization, am delighted to share our excitement and pride regarding the appointment of our dear colleague, Menchit Briones, as the Chief Audit Executive, commencing December 07, 2023.

Effective the same day, we are also pleased to announce the following changes as we activate parts of our succession plan and enable Individual Development Plans to be realized:

Chan Nicolas will replace Menchit as Head of Financial Control Division (FCD) and will be reporting to me. Chan currently serves as the Vice President for Globe Group Consolidated Financial Reporting and has been an integral part of the team since 2017. In his current capacity, Chan oversees the financial reporting processes of Globe, Innove, Bayantel, and the Globe Group consolidated entities.

Tashi Goyanko will replace Chan as Head for Consolidated Financial Reporting. She has also been a key member of our team since 2017 having covered responsibilities spanning Cost Accounting and Management Reporting.

Together with Tashi, the following leaders will continue to be the solid anchor supporting Chan as he takes on the leadership role of FCD:

• Jorrette Raviz – Head : Management Reporting & Subsidiary Governance
• Aileen Seraspi - Head : Tax Revenue and Fixed Assets
• Shiela Jimenez – Head : Payments and Payables Management
• Ariane Jacob – Head : Collections Audit & Advisory and Inventory Accounting
• Nica Balce – Head : Automation and Other Projects

Walter Ricarte will be promoted to Senior Vice President for Finance. Last January, Walter expanded his responsibilities to take on Credit & Billing, Procurement & Logistics, and Enterprise Fraud Risk Management. Effective December 07, he will also take responsibility for Revenue Assurance (previously part of FCD) as DN Santos and his team will work with Harold Mendoza under the expanded Fraud Risk Management Department to create more synergies within the organization. 

Walter will continue to report to me and be supported by the following leaders:

• Marj Ramos - Head : Commercial Advisory
• Gracie Vargas - Head : Technical Advisory
• Jen Villanueva - Head : Enabling and Portco Advisory
• Jerry Cabiles - Head : Procurement and Logistics
• Harold Mendoza - Head : Fraud and Revenue Assurance
• Raymund Kintana - Head : Credit and Billing

Carlo Puno will likewise be promoted to Senior Vice President for Globe Group Corporate Finance. In his expanded role, he will ensure there is ample support and financial resource alignment to maximize synergies across the Group as we push for the different growth paths of our respective Portfolio Companies. He will continue to report to me and will be supported by the following leaders:

• Benjo Garcia - Head : Strategic Asset Management
• Aisa Guiam- Head : Financial Planning
• Jose Mari Fajardo - Head : Investor Relations

Bernice Olives (Head of Treasury), and Raymond Aguilar (Head of Enterprise Risk and Corporate Property Management) will also continue to be my direct reports and together with Carlo, Walter and Chan --- will form part of the Globe Group Finance and Risk Mancom. This new set-up hopes to allow us to serve you and our growing organization better.
