The school year is about to start and most kids are excited, but some are not yet ready – no school supplies, and classrooms need a facelift. To make the start of a new school year more wonderful, we, in ISG, are also excited to help!

Last May 24, we organized an ISG Benefit Night to support our fundraising efforts for Brigada Eskwela. The night was jampacked with music performances from ISG, NTG and ProdMan bands: Be Like Dorothy, Microwave and 7th Avenue, with special thanks to MusAC for supporting our event.

To complement the great music performances, we also had special guests, the talents from Theatre in Alternative Platforms (TAP) performed their much talked about "hugot"-filled monologue collections called "Ampalaya Monologues". All I can say is that there were so much “feels” that night.

On the side, snacks and drinks were sold by ISG members, with all proceeds going to our Brigada Eskwela fund as well. Raffle prizes were given away, also as a form of expressing our gratitude to all those who attended our event.

It feels good to know that a lot have a genuine willingness to share any form of donation that will help the students of our chosen school. We would like to take this chance to say thank you to all those who contributed their time, effort, in-kind and financial donations! No contribution was too little or too much. Rest assured that all will properly be used to provide for the needs of the students. With everyone’s support, all contributions will not only provide for the immediate needs of the kids, but can provide them with the assurance that there will always be people ready to support them.
