What's weirder than a person who's in love with emojis? Wethinks, it's the one who keeps on making one! Don't we have enough already? We just need the smiley and the frowney (if it's even called that) and we're all set!
Ranting aside, it seems there are just some people with tons of times in their hands - better yet - being paid to create even newer emojis to confuse us further.
And here's the spanking-new emoji that Apple is planning to release with iOS 9.1. (Yes, it comes to a point when tech geeks are actually spying on Apple yet-to-be-released emojis):
Any guesses? To put things into context, Jeremy Burge, Emojipedia founder (yes, apparently, there is such a thing), said he spotted this through developer previews of iOS 9.1, Apple's next version of its mobile operating system. We learned that Apple calls it the "eye in speech bubble". Full stop. Go ahead and digest that first.
