"Happiest customers through happy employees and shareholders" - The Globe Way

There are so many ways to ensure success and winning attitude from employees, and using rewards and recognition is just one of them.

Enterprise Group’s Technical Services Support Management team (EG-TSSM) hosted its Short Film Festival: 2015 Mid-Year Rewards & Recognition event for Vendor Employees recently. It was a night filled with the supportive culture of Globe shown through encouragement, inspirational message from EG Lead, Nikko Acosta and rewards to Technical Support Professionals (TSPs) and Engineers. The event aims to develop customer service models to emulate, inspire and acknowledge as our service champions; recognizing the milestones achieved and appreciating their outstanding contribution towards a wonderful customer experience.

To ensure the activity is packed with fun, excitement and camaraderie, each vendor is requested to prepare a Short Film presentation and the team or individual with the best performance gets an award. This event is a joint effort between EG-TSSM and vendor partners, Teletech, Teleperformance and Information Professionals, Inc.

Program Overview by Ms. Carol Ramires, TSSM SQA Director

Working in technical support can be a tiresome experience, for those in the know about mobile phones and data services, issues can usually be resolved with minimum fuss and effort. Unfortunately, there are some of us that are totally blind when it comes to IT technicalities, hence, our use of technical support is extensive.

Opening Remarks by Ms. Meo Perez, EG-TSSM Director

Overall, external TSPs and Engineers do provide a valuable service. Without their help, many of us would be at a loss on many IT topics. Some problems may seem minor but for serious issues, they are a resource that can often be seen as Godsent. Without them, many of us would be stuck in a swamp of techie problems that we have no idea how to fix.

Inspirational Message from EG Head, Nikko Acosta

At EG-TSSM we encourage our partners to practice appreciation when they achieve milestones and do great things. We shout out those special achievements for we consider an altruistic environment to be a healthy one, and works in everyone’s favor.
